Every restaurant on VIEreserve gets its own booking page in its own look, and one booking link to share anywhere. Guests choose a date, a time and their party size, and get a confirmation email straight away.
Your booking page
- Choose Classic, Midnight or Ivory, and add your logo. Your booking emails match.
- Show your notices, opening hours and booking terms.
- Let guests choose a dining area, if you want them to.
- Guests change or cancel from their confirmation email.
On your website
Add booking to your site in one of three ways: a booking button that opens your booking page, a pop-up booking window, or the booking form inside one of your pages. Copy the code from Settings → Website & Widget and paste it into your website editor, or send it to whoever looks after your site.
On Google, Instagram and Facebook
Add your booking link to your Google Business Profile, your Instagram profile and your Facebook page, so every place guests find you leads to the same booking page. Our step-by-step guide shows how to do it on Google. There's no commission on any of these bookings: VIEreserve is one flat monthly price.
What your guests receive
- An instant confirmation email with your restaurant's name and logo.
